Can we maybe avoid double-nerfing Kindred?

> Kindred > Dance of Arrows (Q) Casting W or using Q while in W zone now reduces cooldown to 4/3.5/3/2.5/2 seconds from 2 seconds. > ! (E) ! > Duration increased to 8.5 seconds from 8 seconds > [Looks like a % increased damage to monsters. need to confirm in-game]

There are already SUBSTANTIAL changes to devourer on the PBE, which is what Kindred built most. Hitting devourer AND gimping Kindred's mobility in the early game really hurts their ability to counter jungle and get ahead. I'm not a Kindred main, mind, but it's always been my impression that Kindred more or less has to do well early, or they risk falling off late. Admittedly, people with 125+ games on Kindred have a 65% winrate which is...Out of line. But I feel like this change risks dumpstering them when devourer goes through.

Although, what do I know? Maybe with bloodrazor, new passive, and bork, Kindred can build armor pen and thrive off of % damage and won't need to rely as much on early game counter jungling.

That would just kill Kindred tbh lol.

Do you know how shit her clear speed would be?

Personally I think Bloodrazer won't be a big hit to Kindred. Every 4 attacks procs Bork/Passive, but now we get straight 3% every hit and without the 30 stack requirement.. so every 4 hits still amounts to 12% which in most cases will be more than Devourer was applying unless Kindred is super fed. Though this is before you calculate the base on-hit damage that Devourer applied. And hey, could always pick up new Rageblade!

... Not a big fan of the massive Q nerf though. Hope they test that thoroughly because it sounds nasty. Unless the buff to W offsets it, then whatever.
