hes not good to play right now even bjergsen himself said it during stream. He said that zed is in a bad spot right now and he would not play him in ranked when bjergsen loves zed and is considered one of the best zeds in the world. Riot nerfed zed pretty hard with the W cd early and you have to hit both your Qs to do and decent damage. Talon does zeds job but faster with more burst

The reason he's still banned is because people still don't want to take the risk of facing them top Zed players smurf accounts, he's still frustrating to play against when he's ahead.
