Make Kassadin's basic attack's proc tear
His ult has mana scalings, meaning he needs mana items like tear to make it deal damage, but he has a really hard time stacking it. Like really, his ult can only be used like every 15 seconds if you are planning to use it constantly, his W doesn't use mana and his E is never up. Kassadin needs to have some form of way to proc tear often, so basic attacks would be a solution. Maybe make the upgraded ap tear proc on melee basic attacks, or maybe make Kassadin's basic attacks use something like 0.01 mana per. Whatever. Just do it.
