Crush the bottom lane - no ADCs, no hamstrung support mages - who are your favorite non-standard Bot lane picks?

(No troll picks, plx!)

Brand Lissandra JarvanIV Leona are some interesting combinations I've seen and/or done. However, I'd really like to try or at least spectate an Azir bot lane, perhaps with an ardent censor Soraka/Janna.

Lissandra is honestly amazing as a bot carry. She's basically AP Caitlyn in lane, and then she can also freeze an entire team.

Saw a Mordekaiser Nautilus botlane that both rushed ZZrot. Cancerous as fuck

Any combination of Elise /JarvanIV /Pantheon is pretty potent, or theres Anivia /Karthus, Rengar /Nidalee ,

Does Kennen count? You build him like ADC but he isn't really an ADC.

A friend played Jinx Support while I was trying out Vayne for the first time. It was surprisingly effective.

Sion support is also pretty cool

Kalista + Galio : Best level 6 powerspike in the game, even better than Kali and Yasuo. Galio lacks the mobility to get a good ult off without burning flash, and Kali provides an easy in with her ult. Galio can also hand out a huge chunk of resistances to Kalista, and makes chasing even easier with the slow from his Q and the speed from his E.

Kindred + Zilean : Zilean offers insane amounts of speed to the already dash-happy Kindred. While she's definitely more of a jungler, Zilean provides AOE stuns that allow Kindred to get in position for max damage Qs. At level 6, you've got not one but TWO ults that let you cheat death. Kindred's ult also allows Zilean to liberally apply his ult to Kindred without fearing for his own life.

TwistedFate + Sion : Actually not as trolly as it sounds. TF ADC has always suffered from being short-ranged, squishy, and immobile. Enter Sion, who acts as a massive bodyguard for the vulnerable TF. The combo potential is enormous here; TF has a targeted stun on his auto attacks, which gives Sion more than enough time to get a fully charged Q off, further ccing and damaging the enemy ADC. Sion can provide decent harass with his E and the sheer bulk necessary to keep TF alive. Sion also provides amazing bush control, with the ever-present threat of hidden Qs to keep the enemy on their toes.

Malzahar + Morgana : Malz is quite unique among mages in that he is one of the few who can reliably build straight AD and still do decent damage with his abilities. Malz's key weakness (becoming a sitting duck during his ult) is taken care of by Morgana's E, preventing him from being cc'd. Morgana also offers an extremely long root of 3 seconds. Once she lands one, her and Malz just drop their Ws under the target and watch them melt away. Morg's Q also helps Malz line up his Q perfectly, hindering escapes even after its duration is over. The extra cc from Morg's root and ult also allows Malz's Voidlings to tear your opponents apart with ease. If Malz decides to build AP, then a single landed binding can mean death even before level 6. All in all these two complement each other very nicely.

I really like the idea of Malz Morg. My buddy plays a mean Morg, and I love Malz. I have been experimenting with him as AD and also AP in JG and he is actually more versatile than I thought, if you can get used to his limitations. Hopefully the rework brings this versatility along.
