I was trying to look at some Kr LoL talk. And I kept seeing "Joe" on my poor google translate like wtf. Then if you think about it, Korea does not have a "Z" they instead use the "J" sound. Pizza = Pee-ja. So OHHHH, Joe = Jo-ey.
