Just a thought, but can we get threads where people comment on something being good or well balanced? Or recommend good synergies and good counter picks. I do not see very much of that. Just outrage over some champion or some item being unfairly balanced and then 5+ threads repeating the same frustrations. So lets post more happy/useful things please.

You're missing the point of the thread. Whether or not we complain Riot will still do what they do. Crying about X champ being overpowered is pointless. So why not make a constructive discussion about team comps or lane counters or item synergies and stuff like that? Cho'gath is really strong right now so how do we go about countering it? Throwing your hands up in the air and just saying he's broken is not a discussion. So let's get better at that starting... now.
