Ezreal Balance

Love seeing some EZ buffs coming through he is a fun champ to play and see in pro play even if he is a little too safe in pro. But I had a thought while talking to an EZ main, Why not tie Kleptomancy to his passive? I'm sure the EZ hater (are those a thing?) would scream broken but you could cut back the buffs he's gotten since Klepto was removed then tune the item and gold rates to keep him in a good place. He might require some nerfs to his kit to account for the addition of a keystone to his normal damage, but EZ doesn't really have a go to keystone right now anyway(I guess conqueror is the most common, but that seems like the opposite of what riot wants conqueror to be) which to me says he doesn't have a clear synergy with any current key stone.

I just think this seems better then trying to balance him otherwise. the thing klepto gave him was the ability to push through his tear lull and feel like a powerful adc for the mid game before he starts to fall off compared to the real hyper carries. There is nothing in the game that helps him with this problem right now.

I will say this round of buffs seem very good for him and might even bring him back to the low end of viability but I would love to see Klepto come back into his kit somehow. There are already champions with gold generation in their kit and they don't directly break the game I think this would be a positive change.

I also don't know how hard this would be to code, so I don't expect this to get much traction. But considering its already in the code I would think it would be pretty easy but then again I know nothing.
