Hubris and Malice (kit, lore incoming)

A short Foreword: this is my first time pitching a new champ and I have put a lot of thought into this idea. all numbers are rough and based on other champs with similar characteristics. They would obviously need balancing. The main idea of this champion to me is the push and pull of 2 completely separate personalities fighting for control of one body while also fighting the enemies on the field. This is going to be an adventure thank you in advance to anyone who struggles through and gives feed back

KIT: (I'll be doing the lore second as the kit is the part I am most excited about.)

*Passive: As Hubris/Malice utilize There skills they gain "UNCONTROLLABLE!" stacks when 3/5/7/9 (starting at 3 and increasing each time R is leveled up) stacks are reached Hubris/Malice losses control and the other bursts free. Whenever Hubris bursts free He deals aoe damage and gains a speed boost based on the stacks accrued(range 325 dmg min. 50 max 250(plus 1.0 ad ratio), When Malice bursts free he fears enemies with a range and a duration which increase with stacks accrued.(min range 100, max range 450. Min duration 0.2 sec. max duration 1.1 sec.).

This is the essence of the champion the ability to trigger a change without using your ult allows for what I think will be incredibly interesting game play and strategy. For simplicity and to save some time Hubris then Malice will be the order on all skills.

  • Q: Throws both blades to a location within 1000 range and roots the target closest to the center of the 100 radius can only root 1 enemy. root duration 0.3/0.4/0.6/0.8/1.0 sec. dealing 40/80/130/190/250 +120% AD to all enemies hit

  • next auto attack deals additional 50/75/125/150/200 + 10% (2% per 4 AP additionally) of the targets missing health as magic damage. gains 1 AP if enemy is executed.

  • W: executes a whirling attack damaging all enemies inside of 375 range dealing 40/80/120/200/240 (+60% AP)

  • Chains targeted (range 500) enemy to the ground for (root) 0.75/1/1.25/1.5/1.75 +80% AD (I flipped the ratios here to give some balance to both sides so neither side becomes completely useless when building for ad or ap carry styles.)

  • E: Dashes a short distance (450) slowing and damaging any enemies passed through dmg 25/40/60/90/130 +100% AD

  • Throws a chain 1000 range and dashes to any enemy unit hit stunning them for 0.5 seconds and dealing 25/40/60/90/130 +200% AP

  • R: Releases malice if cast a second time rapidly uses all stacks accumulated

  • releases Hubris of cast a second time rapidly uses all stacks accumulated (if double cast it would cast scaling the same as with the passive using how ever many stacks have been accumulated)
