Hybrid Aatrox Jungle S6?

So I've been a fan of Aatrox since I started playing League, he was still pretty new at the time. While I think there are definitely some issues with his gameplay (he probably needs a small scale rework tbh) I was thinking that he could be pretty strong with a hybrid build this season.

Something like 18-0-12 masteries, jungle runes, and then a build like this: + situational boots + a situational tank item.

This leaves him with a lot of damage, some pretty over the top sustain, and a lot of mixed damage on both his abilities and AAs.

I know it looks super glass cannon, but the amount of sustain it offers is crazy, and durability can be compensated for with runes and the tank item.

What do you all think?
