Don't think so. The summoner spell/active from spellthieft might count as a spell rather than an active/summoner

From the looks of it, the summoner spell gets put into Zoe's W ability slot, so when she casts it herself, it becomes an ability, rather than a summoner spell or item active. Even if there was infinite copying potential in a Zoe mirror matchup in Blind Pick, at the end of it one of them would still eventually die, so it does balance out.
