Has he become pick or ban at all levels of play?

Have pro mid players convened to discuss just how broken Heimerdinger is?

Is he just obliterating every matchup?

Well, that's the only explanation I can think of for the sucker punch he got on PBE.

The damage from his ult turret beam has been reduced by 100/130/150 with no compensation.

His win rate is pretty much what it always has been; hovering around 53-54% due to him being played almost exclusively by Heim OTP's.

I can only think of three reasons why this is happening.

  • "Silver Rioter" in charge again.
  • The balance team succumbed to people crying "OP"... again.
  • Somebody over there just really doesn't like Rezone.

More like b/c heimer needs a rework b/c his gameplay pattern is incredibly un-interactive.

  1. set up zone,

  2. Clear waves endlessly while poking slightly past zone.

  3. If ganked kite back into zone spamming abilities, possibly stopwatch/zhonya?
