Diana, The Scorn of the Moon

Health: 600-2250 Health Regen: 7.5-23 Mana: 300-1000 Mana Regen: 5.5-20 Range: 150 Attack Damage: 55-110 Attack Speed: 6.5+ (0-45%) Armor: 27-90 Magic Resist: 32.1-53.4 Movement Speed: 350

Passive: Moonsilver Blade: Diana’s basic attacks and abilities charge her blade, granting her one stack of Lunar Energy for each enemy successfully damaged by one of her abilities or basic attacks. Stacks generated from hitting an enemy are doubled if said enemy is afflicted with Moonlight. At 5 stacks of Lunar Energy, Diana’s next basic attack is empowered, dealing (20*level)+100% AP bonus magic damage in a 300 range circle around her. Enemies hit by an empowered basic attack do not generate stacks of Lunar Energy towards her next empowered attack.

Q: Crescent Strike: Range: 900 Cost: 60 mana 6 second cooldown Diana releases a bolt of energy in an arc, dealing 40/80/120/160/200+50%AP magic damage to all enemies hit and afflicting them with the Moonlight debuff for 3 seconds, granting vision of them. Diana gains a stack of Lunar Energy for each enemy damaged by this ability.

W: Pale Cascade: Range: 200 Cost: 80 mana 10 second cooldown Diana creates 3 orbs that orbit her for up to 5 seconds. Spheres explode upon touching an enemy, dealing 1/1.5/2/2.5/3% of Diana’s max health in magic damage per sphere to all enemies within the explosion range. Diana gains a stack of Lunar Energy for each enemy hit by each sphere’s explosion, doubled against targets afflicted with Moonlight. If all 3 spheres detonate, she is granted a shield equal to 30% AP+6/7/8/9/10% of her max health

E: Lunar Rush: Range: 900 Cost: 80 mana 14 second cooldown Diana dashes to a target enemy. Upon arrival, she is granted 20/25/30/35/40% bonus attack speed for 5 seconds and a stack of Lunar Energy. If the target is afflicted with Moonlight, the affliction is refreshed, and Diana is instead granted 2 stacks of Lunar Energy, double the attack speed bonus, and has half of the mana cost of this ability refunded.

R: Eclipse: Range: 500 Cost: 100 mana 90/80/70 second cooldown Passively, Diana’s basic attacks deal bonus magic damage equal to 5/7.5/10% AP+ 1/1.5/2% of her max health.

Diana channels for .5 seconds, unable to move, attack, or cast abilities. If the channel is completed, all enemies in range are brought to her location and slowed by 40/45/50/55/60% for 2 seconds. Diana gains a stack of Lunar Energy for each enemy displaced. Any enemies hit who are afflicted with Moonlight instead grant 2 stacks of Lunar Energy and are brought to her location then rooted for 2 seconds. If the channel is interrupted, this ability goes on a reduced cooldown.
