Because lets face it , he has a 43% win rate in mid and top lane , yet is at a 90 % pick/bane rate across the world in competitve , so he is getting more nerfs. I have a hunch that he will get another rework , and until Riot finds out that the problem with Ryze IS THAT YOU DON´T GIVE A MACHINE GUN CHAMPION HARD CC , he will continue to get reworks (Three passives , 3 Q´s , 2 E´s and 2 R´s , but always the same W ).
