People who say adc's are doing bad and kai'sa is one of the few reliable picks don't play the game

Varus is a pro play pick Cait is STILL a pro play pick Xayah is also, what a surprise /s, pro play pick. Not just one time, but several times
Cait is STILL a pro play pick
No, you dont watch pro play if you think that.
It's just blatantly false.
that being said, pro play picks can differ greatly from what is strong in soloQ. I was watching some EU games and the ADCs picked were 3
2
and 1
who are all champs that the community can agree are trash in SoloQ.
Obviously pro play is not the same that soloQ, but when he says that Cait is a pro play pick what I think is that he hasn't watched a single game from any region on the regular Summer Split or the Summer PlayOffs because Cait has been irrelevant the whole split.
I think Sejuani embodies this more than anything else. She has an extremely poor performance in soloQ, but saw herself consigned to the dumpster following nerfs because of pro play.
What's strong in pro is not necessarily strong in our games. Pity then that Sejuani is always the target of nerfs. They should just rework her at this point so she's not primarily a champion for pro players and enthusiasts but a viable pick for everyone.

Who the fk cares about pro play? Pro play is irrelevant to my playing experience. Pro play can go fk itself.
the best players know how to use Varus?
what a shock, i guess an average varus main cannot stand that
It's not only that imo, Varus is not a specially hard mechanic champ and what changes the most is how good he is in coordinated play for his engage ultimate + has a solid lane fase + takes Nashor/Drakes quick + can be flexed to lethality Varus botlane or midlane on LCK at least.
All this facts toguether makes him a great champ for pro play and he has been a strong pick for almost 2 years in a row on pro play.

I would agree with the reason Varus is better in pro-play is because his R button is better in coordinated play. But i would disagree that the reason he has a low WR in solo Q is because he is "weak" rather i would suggest that the other ADC damage threats are so strong that you want more damage then utility for most team comps.
The best players that know how to use varus that play with other best players in their team that play a farm fest and a protect the carries comp until 20-25 min to get the core items before team fighting while in the average varus soloq player at 15 min the game had more kill/towers/objects taken that an LCS match at 30 min, what a shocker that LCS varus may be better than soloq varus
so then why is every adc picking varus above d1/master? i guess they protect carries too
oh look, so we have to balance varus around people playing bad
that's a good idea, keep that no counterplay champion like that
You're right the 1000 player which some of them are from LCS and challenger series are so more important than the 1M players below them. I guess you need to be the 1% in this game to counter player varus, dodging and buying qss is out of question, right. sigh..
damn, average varus players can't use his no counterplay kit better let good players suffer indeed, i'm sure they will smurf so they play against average varus players that make him look balanced

you do know he is trolling you :p if you pick too large of a sample size he is going to say those players suck and if you pick only masters then its too small of a sample size
yeah, honestly I'm starting to recognize his name on this board and his comments which makes me kinda sad since he doesn't even use his main account to post some of that bs.
i dropped draven for miss fortune because he's really bad
for sure bud for sure
And since there's less than 20 ADCs now in the meta, this is perfectly normal. ADCs with higher skillcaps or smaller niches are bound to have somewhat high pickrates for their situation, leading to lower winrates, while simpler ones are bound to be closer to 50%
Varus, Xayah and Cait are literally bottom 3 adcs in terms of win rate (47%)
When a strong champ like Xayah can have a bad WR i think says more about how busted the ADC role is rather then how "weak" Xayah is.
Not to mention Xayah is pretty bad without Rakan rn.
Varus is picked or ban in pro play
The flat 50% win rate Kai'Sa?
Who is one of the few reliably good ADCs in the game right now, which is the only reason she is a high priority pick?
ADCs shouldn't be reliably good as long as support role exists in game
I'm sorry
But what?
So an entire role must feel bad to play, simply because people don't want to play support and it has to be overbuffed?
Supports are making ADCs reliable. If we'll make ADCs reliable without a support, then with support they'll be busted like during ardent meta.
Riot needs to decide if they want ADCs to be reliable and unlock support to be able to support other roles decently, or if they want ADCs to be unreliable but make them very good with dedicated support.
Personally i wish for ADCs to become reliable on their own AND supports be able to support rest of the team decently. That's why i like playmakers like Alistar or Rakan, they're great at supporting entire team with their playmaking. Supports like Janna are too good at supporting ADCs and some mages while she sucks to support divers, fighters, assassins and tanks.
Im aware it sounds biased, but im a melee main and i totally hate to be ignored by my support and being wrecked by ADCs.
You main melee fighters and you like Alistar?????
[sg-lux-2]
Yeah, when im autofilled into support im playing Ali mostly and he's very enjoyable. And in my Elo 95% of Alistars always go for big lcs engages and never protect their carries, so i don't have any problems with them. 1 sec knockup isn't scariest thing for me, Alistar is much better to play against than Janna, Lulu or even Braum.
i sooo agree if they take the supports away from the adc and put them somewhere else, a 1v1 bot lane with only adc's that would be a wet dream come true
one confusing thing is if the support role is the least desirable role in the game why is it forced on the player base ?
I feel like support should have a choice which kind of champion he wants to support. Currently enchanters can support only ADCs, while picks like Pyke can support ADCs, Mages and some of the fighters.
Good step in making pro-melee supports was Ivern and his Q. Would love to see a dedicated support with similar mechanic
i think one of the reasons the adc is a weak class is because in a duo lane they have to share exp with the support which makes them lower level than solo laners and most of the time junglers, i think adc's can benefit from solo lane exp a lot, making them viable without being handicapped in lane by a support
i think he mean that an ADC shouldn't have all this realiable and strong self peel, she can already outduel most assassins without her support, put a janna/lulu with her and she's unkillable
She doesn’t have super strong self peel. She doesn’t even have any CC.
She’s reliable in the sense that she can actually function as a carry, and you don’t have to perform absolutely perfect on her in order to do that. Nearly all other ADCs right now have that necessity, as if you perform one minutia out of line, you’re dead instantly.
She doesn’t have super strong self peel
a shield that covers ~60% of her HP,invisibility + 2 mobility spell and a decent burst + DPS,she does and she can easily (reliably) outduel most bruisers and assassins
i'm not talking about the damage output,i mean if as bruiser/assassin you jump on a ashe without support she's going to die,if you jump on a kai sa without support you are going to get your ass kicked anyway
this is the reason why she's that reliable, because she simply can't get assassinated unlike other ADC that need a good positioning and a good support for surviving
..Yeah the 50% wr Kai'sa with a 27% pickrate and 17% banrate.
Who is one of the few reliably good ADCs in the game right now, which is the only reason she is a high priority pick?
I said it right there.
Did you edit it? Can't remember you writing it. But isnt almost every ADC in someway reliable? People like to meme about
being garbage but she literally has a 10% pickrate in Plat+.
how can you meme about trist tbeing garbage when she's one of the picks of high elo streamers?
so is
but ya know, lets ignore our boy here
Yeah thats what I said. The boards keep calling her trash but shes a good pick
She has a 30% pickrate (which is like 15% pickrate in top lane). That's stupid to have a 50% winrate.
Laughs in Jhin
Kaisa is at 51% win rate while having a 26% play rate.
That high play rate while having a 51% win rate suggest she is too strong.

He's known to be too strong.
