Soraka isn't OP. Just trying to see if people downvote before reading.

Hmm, I mean she kind of is. Just position yourself behind your team and have a warmog, infinite heals op.

I've done Soraka with Warmogs. It really is strong, but not OP. She doesn't heal nearly as much as if she builds AP. However, given the nerf to her Q, I find it better to play her with Warmogs. Its impossible to land enough Qs in teamfights to keep yourself healthy enough to be an effective healer during the later stages of the game.
