what? o.o

Small sample size, that's what.
scarner is pretty good... i wonder why people want him changed... and not just buffed
Mains win games - Surprise?
This pretty much. The only people playing him have BEEN playing him, and have a high profiency with him.
Most of the people who play him would be skarner mains so their winrate would be higher. They would also be specifically picking skarner into counter matchups which would also boost his winrate.
When a champion isn't popular they don't have enough random players to lower their winrate and when a champion is mostly picked as a counter pick and not a general pick their winrate significantly rises. For example J4 top had the highest in game winrate a couple patches back (before lethality) just because he was a very niche counterpick that did super well into a couple different champs. Since he was only played into those specific matchups that he had a high chance of winning his winrate went really high, even though he wasn't actually that great of a general pick.
0.90% people are picking him
do you know how small that is
if you say 35 million people play the game.. around 320.000 people?
If you want exact numbers, that is one in 1,111 people unless for some odd reason there are 2 people who want him in the same game.
