Idea for Yasuo's Passive Shield & Windwall
Why not combine them into the same ability? Actually the idea is a little more complicated than that so here's my 2 cents:
Part 1: Yasuo's Shield Passive is moved to his W. However, instead of statically sitting there like a worse version of Malzahar's Passive, it behaves more like Night's Veil: forming a defensive barrier when Yasuo activates it.
Part 2: Windwall no longer has a cooldown. Instead, the ability only becomes available whenever his Flow bar is completely filled. Casting W in a certain direction will activate Windwall, while self casting W will activate his Shield. He can only use one of the two whenever he gets 100% Flow, however.
This is just a fancy little idea I had a little while back.
It makes a bit of logical sense, as building up his Wind power would also affect his Windwall.
It also goes along with Riot's decision to make cooldown reduction a completely worthless stat on Yasuo.
Finally, it removes a bit of frustration from playing against Yasuo, as now you can actually tell when he has his game-changing basic ability available.
I don't play a whole lot of Yasuo, so any Yasuo mains feel free to pick this apart. Just wanted to get it out onto the boards as a legitimate idea that I thought was pretty cool. Thanks for reading!
