Wow. You guys legit fucking stealth nerfed Ekko. I am so disappointed with you right now, Riot.
Hello. Long time league of legends player and recently converted Ekko main here. Recently reached Plat V using him, as a matter of fact.
I am very, very disappointed in Riot Games right now. For those of you not in the know, Ekko had a very unique mechanic where he could Proc his W twice by ulting in its fading shadow. This was not always the case, it was added during the assassin update. Here are some examples.

As you can see, it was extremely situational but also very powerful. Not to mention extremely cool.
I even sent in a support ticket to Riot to make sure it wasn't a bug and they ASSURED me that this was an intended feature.

I actually checked around about this and I was stunned at how this works ( sorry for the pun). This is actually as intended and is not a bug, so feel free to use this to wreck the opposition. It will take quite a bit of skill to do this so I think there is a bit of a risk/reward involved in doing this move but you do turn back time with your ult and this would be part of it. Thanks for all the clips though, it kinda makes me want to play Ekko now and do some sweet plays like that.

Not mentioning the Rioter name here, sorry.
However, I've noticed lately that I haven't really been able to pull it off. I figured I was just rusty, as i've been trying to play less to do more schoolwork. That is until today, when I loaded up training tool. Lo and behold, it's gone. Vanished. Best part? It's in NONE of the patch notes. The last time i have recorded evidence of me pulling it off is September 18th. I've checked EVERY patch note since then. No mention of the removal of this mechanic. None.
Come on, man. You can't keep doing this. You cannot just keep stealth nerfing champions every time you release a skin... Straight up just got Dragonslayer Pantheon'd lul.
