Earlier ff votes based on average time spent in game.

Times spent vs time wasted, don't waste my time with lousy games. Rift for example allows ff votes at 15 if it anonymous, then at 20 mins its drops to 80% for it to go though. Why note have the same with other game modes. ARAM for example last around 20 mins, so keeping the same logic as RIFT where as ff vote becomes available around 50% of the average game length...(assuming 40 mins) and a anonymous available at 37.5% of the game. So for ARAM which last around 20 mins, the vote would be available at 10 mins and 7.5 mins respectively. This is a MUCH better system than using the same time table as RIFT which is on average 20 mins longer. Especially when these games are so heavenly built around comp and early game.
