Why there's a limit of how many boxes/keys you can buy?
so , i payed 25 euros for a paysafe , to buy 25 boxes . but theres a 20 boxes/keys limit? eh,why? i need 1 keystone .

GankedByWindows1 votesYou don't live in the US (I assume because you play on EUNE), but Riot is. In the US, you can use chargebacks for a lot of different things, as long as the money comes from your bank account. It is likely just a sweeping policy to prevent fraud on a larger scale than is used on every server because they don't want to go through and do a case by case basis across such a large amount of countries.
