We have a "Mute Eternals" before they even come out. Why can't we have a "Mute all Emotes"?

I'm so tired of having to manually mute all of my teammates' emotes every game so I don't have to deal with distracting VFX that shouldn't be in the game. Why can't there be a "Mute All Emotes" button instead of just a "Mute Enemy Emotes"?
