Who am I against bot? Oh, an assassin

You know how when you nerf almost every single champion in a position? Yeah, that's what happened with adcs. They are incredibly squishy now, in a lane where mage supports are very prevalent, and also make the average build take longer, give them later power spikes, and not do nearly as much until they hit those power spikes. Instead of thinking, "wow, the crit adcs are doing very poorly in lane," you think, "wow, the non-crit adcs are doing too well in lane" and nerf them. Now people aren't even taking adcs in the bot lane anymore. Remember "adc in 2017"? Well, this is worse than that.
