remove surrender

I've never been in a game where I thought surrender was appropriate.

so if its 20min and your team has zero kills and the enemy has 30 and they are just camping your base with blitzcrank hooking you as your spawn and killing you and their team even scales harder than you so even if you guys are full build you still cant really win you still say you cant surrender

first, I've never see 30 and 0. Second, with that, it should be reportable against the enemy team for unsportsmanlike conduct (if they prolong the game for no reason, that is totally unsportsmanlike). And if at 20 minutes, they have gone that far, and even if you all chat and they refuse to just end it, they ought to be looking at a suspension for unsportsmanlike conduct. But no, no surrender.

I would not surrender ... I'd lose, but I would not surrender. I've been there, and had the others show back up after a short time. Riot was having a ton of problems with their internet ... and I was one of the 4 that dc'd, but I got back in about 30 seconds.

And that brings up one other thing ... riot ought to be able to do at least some adjustment for a team (a buff of some kind) that kicks in if a teammate dc's. Most of the time, it is riot's fault ... their servers or internet ... at least that is 90% of the time I've dc'd. I'm still connected to the internet, I still have low ping everywhere else, I still have gobs of memory and processor power (running an i7 4.4GHz, with 32G RAM, SSD main drive, and fiber to the internet helps, and I know it is riot that is having the problem if I dc (except rare occasions when the power goes out).

Also if you look at high ranked players they have a mind set where surrendering is a fairly good option, up there is where they have the skill to notice when they have no choice or option left, even Pants are Dragon in his recent climb told us how he hated it when they were very behind and didn't surrender. It's a viable option to not just waste time. Sometimes it is even required because it's useless to stick around for another 10-15 mins just waiting for them to finish.
