Solo ranked needs to be based on individual kda and not on win loss ratio....I'm sick to death of getting noobs who either intent feed or play like 10-12 yr old kids. My last game I was mid lane Morgana and went 6/3/10....meanwhile our botlane fed willy nilly, and the jungler didn't gank or do dragon at all. I got demoted because of teams like this. And people say that ELO hell isn't real.

And "elo hell" is not real. Sometimes you get bad players, sometimes you don't.

WHY DON'T YOU INCLUDE OTHER DETAILS, LIKE HOW MANY KILLS OR DEATHS I HAD, TO DETERMINE MY RATING?
If we did, it would encourage players to focus on killing other players instead of strategically winning the game. For instance, players who choose supporting champions would be adversely affected because they are not expected to earn kills. By putting as many measurements and incentives as possible on specifically winning a game, we avoid side behaviors that aren't as fun and confuse the rating process.

If it is, I'm going to coast to diamond by hiding from every teamfight all game, then jumping in as 
to pick off a enemies who are low from the 4v5 teamfight where they stomped my team. Then I shall hide in jungle and wait. I won't contest objectives. I won't push lanes. I won't do anything but try to get easy kills and NOT die. I will lose EVERY game... but by your plan... I will be freakin challenger.
