seriously annoying champion than riven... yaso = riven+janna...

only allow 2 dash (if hit one then 4 sec to re-active)... cooldown: 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14
remove whirlpool+ knocked... his whirlpool is 10x better than janna... new ability to cut everyone (AOE damage like darius/renekton) but bigger for damage: 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+ 80% bonus AD)

i really hate his spam dash dash dash dasdh adsh dash dahs..... and 2x knocked (for damn 2 seconds) is NO fun to fight without touch him.... oh please rework him1

THAT is NOT how you rework a champ. That would gut him and leave him for dead. While I will gladly admit that he is overpowered right now, he does not need a rework. Maybe lower the crit damage he gets even more? Slightly increase his Q cooldown? Make him cost energy instead? You see, those are much better ideas than this really bad typed out post.

High snowball potiential doesn't mean unbalanced, You picking an ap caster into yasuo and going 0/10/0 isn't unbalanced, isn't his winrate crappy too?
