Fiora needs a nerf

When I first saw Fiora' rework I thought it was perfectly balanced, but more than once today a Fiora has carried, and I have seen it from the enemy team and from ours, the first game I played, our Fiora destroyed in lane and got multiple double and triple kills. Then she got a quadra with barely any help, I thought ok maybe she is really skilled. Next game we are against a fiora who got over 50 kill, 1 penta, 1 quadra, 4 triples, and a few doubles, the only time we took her down was when we 2v1ed her early game, and when we 4v1ed her later. At this point I have to assume Fiora needs a nerf. Any thoughts?

Compared to the old Fiora, if your team is consistently being destroyed by a Fiora it just says that the player has skill. Fiora takes much more skill to play effectively now. Her Ult is very situational and must be used sparingly. Her W is her greatest strength, and her greatest weakness. She really doesn't need any nerfs; she has so much counterplay it's not even funny hahaha

Agreed she's hard as hell to make good use of, and requires very good judgment on top of that. Even one bad move in trading will hurt you.

Her W however is incredibly broken.. Yes you have to aim her parry to get the stun.. but if you don't aim it.. you still negate the ability.. any ability in the game, including ignite. The rest of her kit supposedly goes with a thematiic standpoint, fencing and weakpoints etc.. then you see her parry a tidal wave.. I just don't think it should be able to parry that many things.

Why not? She's the best for a reason, I think it fits her theme well actually.

what i consider broken with her is her parry, it dont feel fair that she can w any direction and negate a complete ability even if its a area of effect like nunu's ult. it would be a lot more balanced if she had to parry the way the ability was coming from and that it could only negate one target spells like veigars ult for example

My thought is who ever you saw play against Fiora must be bad. Fiora is heavily skill reliant towards players, both against her, and playing as her, and will feel under powered if you can't use her right, or overpowered if you execute her moves perfectly. She punishes bad players and rewards good players on both ends of the spectrum.

That's not being OP that's being good at mechanics and with Fiora. Peeps need to get more skill.

I don't know how you could look at Fiora's kit and think %max hp true damage would be balanced. Unlike Vayne, her true damage scales.

There's never been a champion with short CD %max hp damage that's been balanced. They've always needed nerfs at some point or another.

She's balanced the way she is now. Even a pro fiora player won't be unbearable to beat, she's simple to get around.

I main top and i dont use the new fiora, but i must say i either wreck fiora's because they are bad or lose to them 100% regardless because they have good mechanics. Fiora has a simple scrubby kit, Empower Q (+1) free dashes and auto targets players ALSO procs passive which gives 3 things (+3) heal, true dmg, and burst of move spd. not only is it a total of +4 kit she gets a free auto after her Q that 90% players cannot flash or dodge. All i see is Press Q and u get 5 things, truly amazing trades, defenitely has the upperhand here i dont see how any champs can punish this as a melee. as for a Riven you gotta animation cancel and perform perfectly but for fiora players can miss Q's and just hit a minion and resets her Q cooldowns....i feel a nerf is required here....
