@Riot, Vladimir and the Immobile Mages rework

Any kind of answer would be fantastic to hear, whether it's a yes, no, maybe-so.

Is Vlad going to be a part of the immobile mage rework (as one of League's sustain-mages and the only one who's sustain is the core of his identity)? If so, what are you looking to change in his kit? Personally (as a Vlad lover) I'd love it if you kept his passive in some capacity, and kept at least either his Q or his W, everything else can go.

If he isnt part of the rework, are there any plans for him in the foreseeable future?

Again, just a quick yes/no is all I (and the small minority of Vlad players) would need to hear.

Keep up the great work with your reworks!

Id assume so he as a champion isn't all that fun to fight against and he does fit the criteria

-plain gameplay -not fun to play against -technically immobile -not much counterplay other then his lane counters and item 3165 item 3123

He can be countered by strong early damage/engage and sticking power (think a good Irelia or Riven ) but in general he's incredibly unfun to play against and has a very simplistic pattern. There is mastery in Vlad, but it generally revolves around Sanguine Pool.

As a vlad lover, I also agree with all that you said. I really do believe that riot should keep Vlad's passive, Q, and W. I still think that riot would do just small changes like darius instead of big changes like poppy or shen. Vladimir first champion bought :3
