How much Power Budget would Permanent Global Vision take?

The champion itself would probably be so bad that his passive takes 35% AD and AP from all allied champions.

probably he would be able to tp anywhere he wants and then stun and then deal 70% of squishy's hp bar with one quick spell rotation

lol

would this vision be shared with his whole team?

Yes The point is, how could they possibly make permanent global vision balanced? The answer is probably they can't, but if they had to, what could they possibly do to offset the damage this would do to the meta

if the whole team gets vision then maybe he should give a team-wide debuff.

Well, seeing as said champion would make your team literally ungankable, have perfect timers on everything, and know exactly how long and where other champions are at all times...

It could work, but the champion itself would need to make the game a 4v5 (maybe 3.5 v 5) to even be close to 'balanced' (balanced here meaning not always the 100% best pick).

You said "the champion itself would need to make the game a 4v5". I actually think that idea has merit. What if, instead of permanent global vision, the champ has a mediocre kit but his passive grants him global vision while dead?

The enemy team has an incentive NOT to kill him while there might be situations where it's advantageous for him to let a tower execute him. I guess while it might be kind of an interesting idea, it would ultimately ruled unfun.

Maybe instead a champion that can see through enemy wards (but not enemy towers, creeps, or champs.)

simple, said champions team has 40% reduced movespeed

They'd have to be on the power level of Urgot without his q.

They'd have to be even worse
