Why is Guinsoo's still not gutted?

This item is beyond broken, its absurd its still not gutted, it needs to be, it makes any auto attack character un fightable.

Given hiw many champions are getting nerfed solely because of this item, Riot doesnt want to admit they screwed up.

They dont need it and they sure as hell dont need compensation buffs, the only thing they rely on it for is for being asininely broken.

item 3930 is worse for the game

Guinsoo's is fine, the only lane champion abusing it is KogMaw

The power spike it gives to Irelia and Jax is absurd.

If you read their state of the season thing on the front page of the site they said they plan on tuning rageblade/devourer around the time of the MYMU
