Celerity vs Transcendence vs Absolute Focus

celerity sucks, i'd only take it on ap poke supports who are going to max cdr anyways, absolute focus is for long range poke or burst champs, and transcendence is probably the best of the 3 in most situations

Transcendence is the best one by far.

Trancendence is easily the worst rune since it does nothing until the game ia decided; level 10 takes 14-20 minutes based on role.
