Riot making League way too complicated

Honestly around the start of marksman update I feel like riot has been overcomplicating things trying too hard to make the game more interesting. What I mean is through buffs or nerfs, some of them I can't understand what or why riot would change them. For example the most recent patch 6.15 vayne's q now doesn't crit independently and now crits all together. I honestly do not know what this means cause I thought vaynes q basically empowered her auto so if it crits it crits... honestly I may be just overthinking things or idk but a lot of things seem to have gotten more complicated basically

To clarify on the Vayne change,

Her q does bonus dmg in addition to regular aa dmg. If she had crit chance, both the aa and the bonus rolled for crit independantly. Now one roll applies to both instances of dmg. The REASON this was done was to align it with other aa modifiers that already only roll once for crit. It's an example of them cleaning up spaghetti code so that things work the way that one might imagine they work.

Does that make sense?

Are you kidding me? This is the easiest the game has been since the start pretty much. You don't have to keep track of dragons/baron, summoners, buffs, etc. Not to mention dmg creep is the most its ever been, except season 1 when everything was op. They made the game super easy since probably late season 2-season 3.

Easy, and trying to hard are kinda the same thing... they want it to feel completely even in terms of champions and base game experience when really it was keeping track of jungle timers, and having an uphill battle 90% of the time that made the game feel like it did

They are making the game more complex, but less difficult. Basically pressing a single button, now does more than ever. Taking every dragon at the same rate, does more than ever.

They have been increasing complexity of gameplay output, but arguably reducing gameplay input.
