Standard Runes for Mages nowdays?

Hey fellas,

Coming back from a long hiatus, my Mage Runes were AP and MPen reds and quints, Armor yellows, and MR blues. Is this still viable? It looks like another option is scaling HP yellows?

Any help appreciated : )

mpen reds, AP quints, either flat armor or scaling HP yellow, and flat/scaling MR blues

you can also get scaling CDR blues/quints if you want to cap on it without 2 or 3 items
