I literally just watched a Kled dealing 1k in basic attacks whilst being able to regain nearly all of his HP in the snap of a finger.
I can't seem to understand if Rito is just trying to kill the game off with champ releases like this. I mean that's just an entirely new element no other champ in the game is prepared for.

Like any new champion that gets released, you have to learn how to counter them. Go figure, he's like Fiora, Jax and other duelists, whom you don't want to have a fair fight with.
