I was wondering if riot has any plans for him in the near future wether it be lore or gameplay I dont really care as long as I get more of him.

They're still pretty decent. It's just that certain champions are being taken for "poke" instead and people are running more mobile answers to Jhin. Might even turn up at Worlds if both teams run an ADC ban strategy.

He needs a rework. He looks out of date and really only has use as a midlaner. Feels totally forgotten.

What he needs is a better passive, his current passive might as well not be there.
