Seriously. Jinx is extremely underwhelming to play. Her kit is basically auto attacking and you removed one of her key strengths.
Play her. You can at most get one rocket off before the enemy team disengages or you're assassinated within milliseconds by not only assassins, but pretty much any champion in the game.

Her kit IS auto attacking. 1 of her skills is JUST that. the other two, helps her with that, then when all that isnt enough we get a massive global ult.
You pack the right items, and then suddenly she doesnt feel like just an auto'er and you kill the whole team before they even decide they need to retreat, and if not, likely you got at least one person down, giving you the speed boost then bam, they wish they could retreat but they cant cause you have OVER 9000 movement speed
