Is Trist a bit underrated at the moment?

I mean I do get why she is not top tier like ashe sivir and jhin right now. 3 of them got a good balance of unique utillity and damage. But I do think Tristana is still a VERY good pick for the adc role in Solo q because she got tons of self peel which i find in solo q very important. and really, her damage when u get BF and hurricane is quite big. very few adcs can 1v1 u with that e stacked + ult for finish.

so, she is a very safe pick with w and ult, very strong dueling power, late game hypercarry scaling (that range adds to the safety). I do believe she is quite overlooked.
