Cause honestly, i feel like as long as you are in the same zip code area as the minion, it has a chance to bounce onto you.
If its really just a cone behind the minion, that cone must be bigger than her knockers....

Lieutenant AmaZe1 votesWhat are the circumstances for the impact? I've had my Doubles on the Double Ups completely whiff before because the minion I was targeting moved to the side, causing the bullet to hit it at an angle far away from my target.
