So Riot is going Assassin Eve rather than Diver/Skirmisher

And I can't help but ask.

Why?

Do we really need another burst you out of stealth champ when we've already got three of them Khazix Shaco Rengar that are awful to play against? Eve as the game's stealthy Skirmisher seems like it would be far less redundant given that's a champ niche that isn't filled already.
