I'm new and I main Support. Everytime i play against a veigar my team gets shit on and theres nothing i can do last game we could not push without losing 2 ppl to kill 1 veigar sometimes he just wiped the entire team slowly also the speed he can push a tower is just stupid. Theres nothing i could build to keep me alive from his burst except a GA. So my question is how the fuck do you deal with him

Azure Hamster1 votesVeigar is all skill shots (well, except his ult). You have to dodge them. If you get hit by the stun, you're in deep trouble. Also, know that his AP goes up for hitting champs with any ability. It's important for whomever is laning against him not to take ability hits to keep that in check.

In all seriousness, he's scary but has a very telegraphed W and E.
Seeing as you're support you really can't do much during laning. You'll have to trust that your midlaner is careful enough to keep him from building too many stacks of his passive.
If your support champ has hard CC, then consider chucking a few spells his way during a teamfight or confrontation. 
is quite squishy, and he would prefer to stay alive to unleash his combo but has to get kinda close. That's why in a teamfight a team would typically focus either him or their ADC first, depending on who is more dangerous at the moment, and your cc would make taking him out much easier on your teammates.
