hextech crafting crashes game and forces you to use task manger

My Client crashes everytime I try to open the hextech inventory screen as well. Thankfully my client just shuts down immediatly and i do not have to use the Task Manager.

On Client: 6.16.16_08_05_12_30

I'm having the same problem. Every single time after I finish a game no matter what I do, If i click on hextech crafting It closes the client instantly and I either have to close it through Task manager or start it up again and say that I want to close the current one open.

Same problem. They said they would fix it, but there hasn't been an update or even and official notification about it.

EDIT: It's plays.tv and similar programs that interact with LoL. I used task manager to turn play.tv off, and it's working now.
