A thought on the PBE Veigar changes

So the threads on the front page (sorted by Hot) of the PBE Boards that have Veigar in the title:

And I gather a few things from this list of threads by people who have actually played new Veigar.

Q - Is a straight-up buff if you have any idea how to play, or at the very least doesn't change him for the worse W - Straight-up buff E - Y U DO DIS RITO R - Technically nerf but not really because you get more AP from Q

So everyone complaining about Veigar without having played him, please remember how Riot "nerfed" Ahri in 5.2, and how none of us have played the new Veigar yet. It sounds like he needs a bit of work, specifically on his E, but it doesn't sound like it's nearly as dire as all the threads on the front page of these Boards make it out to be.

i played him on pbe, and while the nerf to his E is pretty huge(but needed), the rest of the changes are awsome, he's much more interesting to play and the Q buff is massive for any somewhat skilled player. he might need some more base tankiness and some small buff s to W(like a bigger aoe with hydra-style damage-falloff), as he's far more vulnerable without instant stun and W is simply impossible to land without cc, but the general direction of the changes is on point
