Sejuani was balanced NOOBS

After Cinderhulk was added, Sejuani's win rate was a whopping 58 percent. She also achieved a high pick/ban rate while maintaining that insane win rate. She's extremely strong because she brings so much to a team composition. She has high damage and utility as a tank, with percent health damage from her W and a knock up on Arctic Assault followed by 70 percent slows with Permafrost. Glacial Prison was also an extremely good ganking and engage tool, since even if you missed the stun, the large AOE 90 percent slow was still extremely effective. All of this together makes her the top tier tank jungler, even after the nerfs. She was overpowered.

well dude she is broken the point is she is hard to play against thats what makes her unbalanced. her kit is very strong in the meta atm and it needs to be brought down a bit she isent bad shit broken but shes still really strong.

And I still hate her. Even without her ult you really can't escape her ganks, And I still refuse to believe that any champ who builds that tanky should be allowed to have that kind of mobility. As if she wasn't hard enough to kill already, now she just wallhops every 10 seconds so its impossible to punish her for poor positioning.
