I honestly don't understand this item. Correct me if I'm wrong, but its meant for mana intensive Auto Attack reliant Champions( , ), or ones that can easily proc it and use the passive to its full effect and enhance another ability( , ). The stats that it gives are 200 Mana and 25 Ability Power. Why would it give Ability Power? Corki, for example, has 40% AP ratio on his W, Valkyrie, that its primary use is for escaping, and 30% AP ratio on R, Missile Barrage, which will give him 7.5 more damage with a Sheen only. Nasus and Darius hardly use any AP.

My suggestion is to change Sheen's recipe to + , and it's stats from 200 Mana and 25 Ability Power to 200 Mana and 15 Attack Damage(SUBJECT TO BALANCE CHANGES). Changes to Trinity Force and Iceborn Gauntlet will be necessary, but I think Lich Bane could stay the same.

uh, i always thought it was meant for ap people who don't have that much burst with their abilities alone so they need some boosted autos or something

I don't know. I haven't seen a lot of TFs rushing Sheen, but maybe its just me. I prefer rushing item 3113 and then some AP before I complete my Lich Bane.

So you mean to tell me, you want to change sheen to become an AD build, and when someone finishes a item 3078 , and then ABRAKADABRA, here's your free 30 AP.

No, I meant Trinity Force will no longer grant AP, but will give more AD. The champs that I usually see building Tri Force (Irelia, Corki, Kog'Maw, Gnar, etc.) don't really use AP.

What about the hybrids? Like Jax & Kayle ? Even a tiny 30 AP really matters a lot to those types of semi-hybrid champs like these two.
