Why play 5v5 teams when you can just take your 5 team into dynamic?

Seriously i don't understand why you'd play a separate queue for something you can already do in dynamic queue

You can only do dynamic with people within 1 tier of you, ranked teams doesn't have that restriction

Also, separate MMR divisions. Might be gold in Dynamic, Plat in 5s.

Friends and I play 5s when we can because we don't care if we lose- it doesn't affect our 'more important' ranking.

because you can't make 5 people premades at higher ranks and you also don't have to worry about "my friend is gold and i'm diamond so guess we can't queue together"

If silvers and plats are on the same team. or if Diamons want to play 5s. Or if opposition level more closely matches what you want.

It so people like my group(A few Plats, Golds, and SIlvers) can still play together. And Added, I feel more inclined to try hard in 5s compared to basic dynamic que.

If you go into dynamic with friends it can become stressful if someone doesn't play well as everyone's Rating will go down (IE one person is in promos to get to gold and a friend doesn't take the games as seriously). If you just do Ranked 5s it's a separate rating that means you have nothing to lose so you can have a less stressful experience, while still having better competition than normal games (usually).

Of course, as others have mentioned it also allows Bronze to play with Gold players, Gold with Diamond, Silver with Plat, etc. which you can't in Dynamo queue.
