The Crit Chance System needs to be Replaced
Its obvious to everyone, in a strategy game about teammates working together against another team, players need to:
-Act with skill
-Complete objectives
-And most of all, communicate.
The one thing that should have been changed along with dodge getting removed, is crit chance, because it reduced the power of teamwork and communication on a very unhealthy level:
-It can easily create a whoops scenario for you in which you score a critical hit lowering an enemy players HP so that they can be killed by your support's next ability.
-It can stop you from farming minions under tower effectively early on with little crit chance.
-It is unpredictable, which by nature is very bad for a skill-strategy game of PvP.
So I have thought of a way to replace crit chance:
UNIQUE PASSIVE: Critical Concentration: You gain stacks based on the damage of your auto attacks within the last 3 seconds. The amount of stacks gained by damage applied by on-hit effects is reduced to 25%. The amount of stacks gained from attacking a non champion or turret is reduced. (Not sure how much) For every x stacks, your basic attack damage deals y% increased damage to enemy targets.
This would be on all items with crit chance currently, and then there would be a new stat replacing crit chance: Crit Amplify: x% Crit Amplify would increase the % of stacks gained by Critical Concentration. There could also be an AD caster item that allows for Critical Concentration to build stacks through spells spells, making AD casters relevant. There could also be conditions that grant more Crit Amplify, like an item active that applies Grievous Wounds to an enemy champion and grants more Crit Amplify for attacking them while they have less than 50% of they're maximum health. There could even be an item that raises the time of when stacks are gained from **the last 3 seconds to: The last 4 seconds.

This would be much better compared to the current design, and there would be much more diversity for AD carries as a whole. When I play champions that build crit chance, I don't feel the same way when I play a mage. I didn't do anything to deal that damage besides click. It didn't become stronger with more attacks, it just occurs or it doesn't. The worst part of Crit Chance is, almost all AD carries have to build it to have relevant damage.
But if we had Crit Amplify, then instead of random burst attacks, AD carries would have escalating damage from attacking. It would be much healthier than the current crit chance system, please vote on the poll, Riot needs to change the current Crit Chance system.
