Smurfing needs to be reportable

I predict 80% of new accounts are made of smurfs. Have fun reporting them all.

Why? No real smurf will every be silver 2, so why do you care? All my smurfs instantly got to mid gold after placements.

How would you report something that's not against the rules ?

Actually if you make a new account and have a very high winrate the matchmaking system will probably only match you against other smurfs or even players who are already lvl 30. People who are legitematly new to league won't be affected that much. Smurfs in ranked game are not too big of a probleme. It's just that people who are used to blame everything else for loosing, keep forgetting how they get occasionally carried by smurfs in their own team aswell.
