thresh is too weak in this meta

I'm a thresh main, but cannot play thresh in this meta. His base starting armor is 26, in comparison at the same level Leona is 47, 21 more and brand is 22 armor! Brand being a mage should be squishy because he provides great amounts of dps, but thresh who is supposed to be a tank has only 4 more? Leona will have around 100 armor and magic resist at level three with w and aftershock when thresh has around 60 with aftershock. I do realize his base armor has to be less but 21 less than another tank support who supplies cc on three abilities is too much. Now I don't need much, I think 32 armor is a safe amount, 15 less than Leona, but a reasonable amount where at around 6 you start leveling up to her level. I don't want to nerf Leona if so maybe like 2-4 armor mainly cuz shes the protective full armor and shield girl. That's her thing, a tanky protector, but thresh just gets outclassed until you collect around 60 souls. Leave your opinons!
