I started to pick up Rek'Sai again after I bought him when he first came out. I noticed that his clears are noticeably more difficult and I would end up with low HP after both blue and red clears which I haven't had a problem with until now.
I wouldn't be surprised if they nerfed him because let's be honest here, he is pretty op.
Has anyone encountered this?

Her kit is a standard modern Riot "mash mobility into the kit and then make the other abilities overly strong to compensate for having buttons devoted to mobility"

Not sure if you are serious, or never looked at Asassins such as Pantheon, Zed, Akali, and Katarina. Rek'sai does not come close to their damage potential nor does she have a ton of mobility.
