This item. This fucking item.

Literally removes all kinds of mana issues, ever. As if mages had a hard time keeping up their mana already.

This item makes it so you can literally keep spamming your abilities as a mage and still have mana for a full rotation of spells once you hit the next level. And mind you this is an early game item so you'll CONSTANTLY be hitting new levels.

Ziggs, Ahri, Syndra are all champions which can potentially run out of mana. Not with Lost Chapter.

This item just makes mana management way too easy and is imo not healthy for the game.

That's because everyone other non mama user gets to freely spam abilities. Do those champions have restrictions? Yes, coolsdowns, and energy(if energy)

Now before you cry, mana champions who really need mana like Cass do not get all their mana problems solved with this item. It slightly helps

A Rioter recently said that they want to bring back Mana management a little more, so maybe they'll consider nerfing Lost Chapter? Or at least nerf its Mana regen and increase its AP by 5 in return or something.

The context on the statement was the Meditiation nerf. I'm looking for the quote. I'll post it if I find it.
