Hardest Mid Laners to Play Correctly?
IMO, the hardest Mid Lane champions to play correctly are(in no particular order):
- extremely Mana-hungry and can't do anything before lvl 6, also one misplay puts you in your egg. Her abilities have longish cooldowns at the start, too.
- Besides the "RIP Azir" update that made him close to nothing, he's pretty diffucult to play. You need to manage your Sand Soldiers very well and not find yourself defenseless.
- one of the few Champions that is all skillshots. That means, along with
,
, and in a way
, it's easy to burn Mana and do no damage. Also, with his rework, he has some pretyt bad AP scalings with his abilities, and most damage comes from either your passive or ult.
- The Ball is pretty hard to manuver, as it's damage from an external source. You also have to preiodically return it to you for Shield HP or for a getaway.
and stay in lane until you can get
or
at least. The true damage helps the early game. Build
early as well.
help keep your ult up.
up most of the time is key.
, then go for
or
, depending on your matchup.
: although she is spammy and just constantly applies E after a poison proc, she requires positioning skills similar to ADC and landing effective miasmas in teamfights and vs mobile natchups is rough
: unique W lineup and awkward Q casting. Laning matchups mostly consists of dodging and weaving through abilities. +high mana costs
: non
?

is by far the hardest champ to use corretly in midlane because u need a good understanding of the game and a really good positioning of the game to win. (Also catch the 1st of the 3 cards by pressing WW while trading/escaping/teamfighting is really difficult, even if understand the mechanic. AA while choosing the card is not too difficult but also not so easy for a beginner).
Isn't a walk in the park, especially if you struggle with ghost barrel combos.
